I'm Santhosh BJ

Architect and Student

I have aroud 18 years of experience in microsoft technologies. I have been part of analysis, design and development of API programming, SOA, Domain driven architecture and Cloud Based application. Currently working as an architect and Individual contributor. I have an experience of working with design , architecture for more than 12 years. Apart from that I run an NGO by name Inside The Box Trust through which and other volunteering organiztion we have reached out to more than 5000 kids. Through Udyoga Kannadigaru, my another effort to help rural students to get into jobs along with my friends have refered more than 1000 job aspirants. With Nomads group started along with two of my friends is a group of like minded travelers has been helping people to travel responsibally. I have organized around 30 trips/ treks during early days of my trekking. You can find my blogs in Nomads Blog. I am also a bibliophile and have been reading different categories of books. I am curious student of literature, history, science and poetry. I have written around 100 poems as a student of life, not much as an expert. Few of the them are posted in myAlemari Kavi Blog. I am also a tennis, chess, UFC, Boxing and cricket fan.

Web Designing

I have been lately working on web designing. I have designed my blog and I have been working on different templates and user experiences.

You need to understand the template to write wikipedia. I started it with editing the articles and then posted my first article. I love editing and updating the information in the articles.

Most of my experience is in BE and Database. I have worked on UI features in Windows application. Recently I started learning React JS.

I have an experience of more than 8 years of working in Agile methodology. Worked as Scrum Master too.
Python

Lately Python is competing with other languages. It's vast usage made me to start learning Python.
Leadership trainings

To lead the team you should be a great learner. So opportunities to lead a team is a kind of usecase for me. If we are humble to take others into consideration, we have a great future as a leader. I trained around 1000 people on leadership topics which includes going to remote place and training the tribal students.
Digital Marketing

This excites me a lot. To reach to people, we need to be good at marketing. Digital marketing is much more easier to take our work to people.It has helped us in getting volunteers for our ngo. I helped my friend in coming up with a marketing solution for his organization.
Technical Sessions

I like to mentor the students who want to learn technology. This is the best way for me to learn and get updated with latest technologies. I used to take technical sessions for freshers and new joinees. As a volunteer, I have trained few colleges in 2nd tier cities to just help them to compete in this competitive world.
Literature, Poetry and Music

I spent some of my free time in reading and writing. Literature like travel has improved my thought process.Refer my goodreads Music I couldn't get time after spending an year in learning light music. But with my daughter, I want to spend some time in learning music.
Nomads

Responsible Tourism

As I travelled more, I took more interest in History, Geogrpahy and Philosophy. This part of mine improved my thought process and helped me in leading a very structured life adding more flavors to it systematically. We always had this discussion of starting an organization focusing on tourism together. But my hectic schedule didn't allow me to pick this path. But you never know what's the destiny.

Travel allowed me to explore different food and I love to cook some times whenever I am free.
